About Unboxia

Unboxia Limited is a privately held retail business in Dublin. We buy consumer products through authorised channels, hold the stock here, and sell it — on Amazon, in this shop, and in person in Dublin. The company was founded by Rafael Millano, who has lived and worked in Dublin since 2012.

What we do

We run the full retail cycle: sourcing, listing, storage, postage and customer service. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is forwarded from abroad — what you order from this shop is on a shelf in Dublin when you order it. That is why delivery takes days rather than the six weeks a parcel from Seoul takes.

How we work with suppliers

We buy from authorised distributors and brand-approved wholesalers only. We provide full business documentation on request, keep complete purchase records, and comply with the EU regulations that apply to us as a retailer.
