Delivery

We hold everything we sell ourselves and post it through An Post, tracked. We deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.

The €30.00 threshold is worked out on the value of the goods, before delivery is added.

Items not yet in stock

Some products show a date rather than “in stock”. That means the stock has been ordered from the distributor and has not reached us yet — the date shown is when we expect it to reach you, not when it reaches us. If it slips, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of your cancellation — though we can hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you show us proof of posting, whichever comes first.

Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered — in which case it is ours, and so is a replacement.

To cancel, email info@unboxian.com with your order number. A clear statement is enough — you do not have to fill in a form. If you would rather use one, the model cancellation form is there, along with how to cancel an order we have not posted yet.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by any of the above. If something is faulty, not as described, or does not last as long as it reasonably should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
