345 Relief Cream is Dr.Althea's daily moisturiser, 50ml in a tube. The name is the formula: three blemish ingredients, four nourishing, five soothing. All twelve are printed on the tube. Resveratrol, tannic acid and niacinamide for blemish care; beta-glucan, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP and sodium DNA from rice bean PDRN for nourishing; Camellia sinensis leaf water, tea tree leaf water, Centella asiatica leaf water, madecassoside and sodium DNA from Centella asiatica PDRN for soothing — so both PDRN entries here are plant-sourced. The front of the tube reads "for all skin types, hydrating and calming"; Dr.Althea's own site narrows that to combination skin, sensitive skin and skin that breaks out. What the brand claims from its testing is narrower still: non-comedogenic tested, and clinically tested for sensitive skin, run by the Korea Institute of Dermatological Sciences between 9 and 30 July 2025 — with Dr.Althea's own note that results may vary. Press it in rather than rub it, as the last step. Dr.Althea also puts it either side of a strong active — a thin layer first to cushion the skin, then the active, then another layer on top.
